Why would this work when training and workshops haven't?+
Training explains a skill to a room. Then everyone goes back to work, and nothing changes. We work 1:1 on one behavior, practiced in the real work, and count it before and after. Not a course. A measurable behavior change.
Is AI the coach?+
No. An expert human coach runs every session. AI builds the structure around them: the plan, the KPI, the weekly focus and the tracking. It never coaches.
Who is this for?+
There are two programs. The Employee Program is for junior and early-career talent with a work habit holding them back. The Manager Program is for managers at any stage, from first-time team leads to seasoned leaders. Every plan is built around the person, so each one works on the skill that will make the biggest difference in their work.
What kind of behaviors can it change?+
The everyday ones that slow a team down: speaking up in meetings, delivering on time, giving updates without being chased, delegating properly. If it's been said twice and nothing changed, it's a fit.
How are the behaviors decided on?+
Each person's focus is chosen through a careful process: a one-on-one session between the coach and their line manager, dedicated assessments, and an in-depth coaching session with the coachee. Together, these pinpoint the specific workplace behaviors to work on, drawn from behavior clusters grounded in behavioral science.
Can someone work on more than one skill?+
Yes. We're flexible and build the plan around what the person needs. Each behavior is still measured on its own, so you can see exactly what changed.
How is the change measured?+
The behavior is counted in the real work before coaching starts. At the end, it's counted again, the same way. The result is confirmed from evidence in the work itself, not from opinions. We measure behaviors, not feelings.
How much does it cost?+
Employee Program: $600 per seat, per cycle. Manager Program: $800 per seat, per cycle. Platform only (early access): $25 per employee, per month. Prices in USD. The first call is free.
How much time does it take?+
After onboarding, coaching runs weekly, then every two weeks to lock the behavior in.
Employees: weekly 1:1s with an expert coach, a few minutes of practice a day, and real practice in their work each week to build the skill.
Managers: weekly 1:1s with an expert coach, a few minutes of practice a day, and real practice in their work each week to build routines that make them better leaders.
Line managers of coached employees: a few minutes of pre-work, one or two 30 minute sessions with the coach, then a few minutes a week.
When can we start?+
Any time. No cohorts, no waiting list. Start with one person or several at once.
How long does a coaching cycle last?+
Each cycle is a structured coaching cycle: focused weekly coaching first, then check-in coaching sessions spaced further apart. We agree the exact dates with you on the free call, so they fit your team's calendar.
Will employees feel watched?+
No. The line manager sees the weekly count and this week's focus. Never what's said in sessions, coach notes or anything personal. Coachees are told this before they start.
What if the behavior doesn't change?+
We work hard so it does. The coach tracks progress every week, and each week's plan is built from what happened the week before, so the coaching adjusts as it goes. If the behavior still doesn't move, you'll know why. The line manager gets a report built on facts, not opinions: whether the practice happened, whether the support around the coachee was in place, and the most likely reason. That makes the next step clear.
Can we enroll a whole team or department?+
Yes. Enroll one person, a whole team or an entire department. Each person gets their own 1:1 coaching, and each line manager has one joint session with the coach for their team. We shape the plan with you on the free call.
How does it start?+
First, the line manager completes a short pre-work assessment, and the coachee completes dedicated assessments that help build their customized plan. Then the coach has a one-on-one session with the line manager to agree what "fixed" looks like, followed by an in-depth first session with the coachee. AI uses everything from this onboarding to build a plan customized to the coachee. From there, the weekly coaching begins.
What happens in a coaching session?+
Every session follows a clear structure. The coach and the coachee review last week's count and what got in the way. They shape a step-by-step approach for the moments that matter, then rehearse it in realistic practice until it feels natural. They plan exactly when to use it, and what to do if something gets in the way. Each session ends with a clear target and the practice for the week ahead.
In the Manager Program, the same structure is used to build routines that bring several leadership skills together, so the manager leads their team better.
What if the real issue is confidence?+
Sometimes what's really in the way is underneath the behavior, like confidence or self-doubt. The coach can work on that too. It stays between the coach and the coachee. It's coaching, not therapy, and the behavior is still measured.
Does the employee work with the same coach throughout?+
Yes. One coach works with the coachee from start to finish. The same coach also runs the line manager's session, so nothing gets lost along the way.
Can we run it without your coaches?+
Yes, with Platform only (early access). Your company runs the SkillViber method itself. A trained manager from another team runs each cycle, so no one coaches their own direct report. You can add an expert coach to any seat.
Can we talk it through before we commit?+
Yes. Start with a free 45-minute Behavior Diagnosis. Bring one person in mind. You leave with one behavior anyone could count, a way to measure where it starts, and a start date. It's yours to keep, even if you don't continue.
